Concepcion (head) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game at the Jets.
Analysis:Concepcion took a hit from Jets safety Minkah Fitzpatrick early during Week 5 action and hit his head on the turf, after which the rookie wide receiver went directly to the locker room before the Browns made a ruling on his status. In Concepcion's absence, Denzel Boston will handle WR1 duties, with Jerry Jeudy, Isaiah Bond and Malachi Corley filling in behind him.
