Elliss (chest) is active Week 5 against the Raiders.
Analysis:It wasn't a sure thing that Elliss would suit up after only participating in practice in a limited basis all week, but that ended up being enough. The veteran linebacker played through a similar issue last week against Buffalo, where he logged six combined tackles across 58 defensive snaps.
