Jones notched three assists in AHL Wilkes-Barre/Scranton's 7-1 win over Hartford on Saturday.
Analysis:Jones looks set to spend most or all of this season in the AHL. He has some NHL experience, so he could be a call-up option at some point, but he's logged just 13 regular-season games in the NHL over the previous two campaigns. If he gets a call-up, it will be to serve as a depth defender.
