The 49ers elevated Stoll from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.
Analysis:The addition of Stoll gives the 49ers extra depth at tight end behind George Kittle, Luke Farrell and Brayden Willis. Stoll appeared in 15 regular-season games for the Saints in 2025, contributing on both offense and special teams and finishing with six catches on 11 targets for 46 yards and a touchdown.
