The Chargers activated Matlock (foot) from injured reserve Saturday, but he's still listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Broncos.
Analysis:Matlock was designated to return from injured reserve Wednesday, and he drew the questionable tag after logging a full practice Friday. The fact that he was activated from IR indicates that Matlock has a good chance of making his 2026 regular-season debut Sunday.
