The Titans elevated Mullings from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.
Analysis:The Titans currently have six running backs on the active roster, so Mullings will likely be limited to special-teams duties if he's active for Sunday's game against the Texans. It would be his first appearance of the 2026 regular season after appearing in nine games during his rookie campaign in 2025.
