Goretzka (knee) is not in the squad for Saturday's match against Brentford.
Analysis:Goretzka is not ready to make his Aston Villa debut following the knee injury he sustained shortly after joining the club. Despite participating in Villa's camp in Spain and training with the first-team group for over a week, the midfielder still needs more time before returning to competitive action. Boubacar Kamara, Joao Gomes and Ross Barkley remain options in central midfield during his absence.
