Williams (undisclosed) is out for Thursday's preseason game against the Hawks, Matt Guzman of SI.com reports.
Analysis:Williams won't be an option for this contest, but the big man isn't likely to play a big role with the Spurs anytime soon. He's expected to play for the Austin Spurs in the G League in the 2026-27 campaign. His next chance to play in the preseason will come against the Suns on Saturday.
