Woolfenden (knee) remains sidelined and is expected to need more time before returning to action, according to coach Frank Lampard. "Haji and Woolfy will be a bit longer but they're working hard and they're getting there."
Analysis:Woolfenden continues his recovery from a knee injury that has kept him sidelined since preseason, with his return now taking longer than initially anticipated. The defender is set to miss Monday's clash against Newcastle, and manager Frank Lampard has yet to provide a clear timeline for his comeback. Woolfenden has not featured in the Premier League this season and is expected to provide defensive depth rather than immediately challenge for a starting role once fully fit.
