Penda (hamstring) is out for Wednesday's preseason game in Memphis, Jason Beede of the Orlando Sentinel reports.
Analysis:Penda has been working his way back from a hamstring injury, and while he was able to participate in Sunday's practice, he's not quite ready for game-time action. His next chance to play will come Sunday in Cleveland.
