Hooker reported concussion symptoms following Sunday's 24-18 loss to the Ravens and won't practice Wednesday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Analysis:Hooker finished with six solo tackles in the Week 4 loss. He'll have two more chances to progress through the protocol and practice this week, but even if he upgrades to full participation, he'll still need to pass an evaluation from an independent neurologist before being cleared to play Sunday against the Texans. Tony Adams would likely start next to Kevin Winston (shoulder) if Hooker isn't cleared to play this weekend.
