Liverpool's Conor Bradley: Still not training with team

Rotowire• ·

Bradley (knee) indicated he has yet to take part in team sessions under coach Andoni Iraola, per LFC Transfer Room. "Yeah, well obviously we [Bradley & Leoni] haven't been in the sessions, but the players they seem pretty tired. I think its pretty intense, but I think that only bodes well. I think pre-season's where you put the work in and you reap the rewards and during the season. The lads are definitely working hard. There's a few tired lads after sessions, but yeah, it's only for the good."

Analysis:

Bradley remains sidelined from full team sessions as he continues his rehabilitation from a knee injury suffered against Arsenal in January. The defender only resumed individual ball work in mid-September after a lengthy period of recovery, leaving him without an appearance so far this season. He will need to progress through collective training and a phased fitness build-up before returning to contention at right-back.
