Foster (ankle) is expected back for Duke's regular-season opener, according to Conor O'Neill of On3.
Analysis:Foster's ankle injury may affect his chances of being available for Duke's three-game preseason schedule, which includes matchups scheduled against Belmont (Oct. 8), Tennessee (Oct. 20) and Kansas (Oct. 25). Fortunately for him, it still gives him just under a month to recover before the Jayhawks' regular-season opener Nov. 2 against Army, though their earlier games are worth monitoring to clear his availability.
