Valdimarsson recorded his third consecutive clean sheet for Iceland in Tuesday's scoreless draw against Estonia, helping his country remain unbeaten in the Nations League, according to the club.
Analysis:Valdimarsson continues to impress on international duty with three consecutive shutouts, though his opportunities at Brentford remain limited behind Caoimhin Kelleher. The goalkeeper started Brentford's first Carabao Cup match of the season, but Ellery Balcombe was preferred for the second, further underlining the competition for reserve minutes.
