Siegenthaler is being evaluated for an undisclosed injury sustained in Tuesday's game versus the Mammoth, Kristy Flannery of The Hockey News reports.
Analysis:Siegenthaler was hurt during the third period, and head coach Sheldon Keefe had no further update on the defenseman's status. The Devils are off until Saturday's home game against the Canucks, giving Siegenthaler a bit more time than normal to get healthy. If he can't go Saturday, the Devils will need to make a roster move to call up a blueliner.
