Jacksonville signed Jones (hamstring) to its 53-man roster Tuesday.
Analysis:Jones was released by the Bears with an injury settlement prior to Week 1, but it now appears he's ready for game action again. In corresponding transactions, the Jaguars signed cornerback Alijah Huzzie, waived cornerback Christian Braswell (knee) with an injury designation and placed safety Caleb Ransaw (knee) on their injured reserve list.
