Bankston was signed to the Packers' practice squad Tuesday.
Analysis:Bankston will return to the practice squad with Green Bay after being released by the team Sept. 29. The running back has yet to be elevated to the active roster for a contest this season, and he could get his chance Week 5 against the Bears if Chris Brooks (ankle) is unavailable.
