Giles is battling a sprained ankle and is out for Wichita State's exhibition game against Murray State on Wednesday, per Taylor Eldridge of The Wichita Eagle.
Analysis:Giles won't play in the Shockers' final exhibition match of the preseason, but he'll look to return for the Nov. 4 opener against Cal State-Northridge. Giles is a huge piece for Wichita State, as he averaged 19.1 points, 2.6 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.6 steals last season on 40/38/83 shooting splits.
