Holloway has been suspended by Alabama for the team's three exhibition games and two regular season games, per Nick Kelly of AL.com.
Analysis:Holloway won't be available for the Crimson Tide's three exhibition games against Furman, Ole Miss and Auburn, and he'll miss the first two games that actually count with the regular-season opener against Sam Houston followed by game two against Arkansas State. The star point guard, who had his Marijuana charges dropped after his arrest in March, will return to action on Nov. 9 against Oakland.
