McKenzie was 20-for-31 passing for 208 yards and two touchdowns during Saturday's 25-16 defeat versus Southern Methodist. He also had 21 rushes for 74 yards.
Analysis:McKenzie played one of his better games of the season against SMU as Boston College surprisingly hung around all afternoon with the Mustangs. The quarterback tossed for two touchdowns for the first time all season while abstaining from throwing an interception in for the second straight game. Next up is a tough clash with an opportunistic Pitt defense in Week 7 after a bye.
