Syracuse's Umari Hatcher: Goes bonkers in OT road victory

Rotowire• ·

Hatcher caught 12 of 16 targets for 152 yards and three touchdowns during Saturday's 42-41 overtime victory versus Connecticut.

Analysis:

Hatcher really jelled nicely with new starting QB Amari Odom, and that combination looked dangerous for three scoring hook-ups, including the 17-yard game-winning score in the extra session. It was Hatcher's third collegiate 100-yard game, and first against an FBS opponent. The 152 yards also marked a new career high, surpassing the 147 yards he posted against New Hampshire on Sept. 5.
