Ayari (illness) is not in the squad for Sweden's Monday match against Romania in the 2026/27 UEFA Nations League.
Analysis:Ayari also missed last Friday's game against Bosnia, meaning the playmaker won't be an option for Sweden's final two matches of the current international window. He's expected to be assessed by Brighton's medical staff ahead of facing Sunderland on Saturday, Oct. 10, in the return of the English Premier League campaign after the break.
