Burakovsky (upper body) was placed on injured reserve Monday, according to Bruce Garrioch of Postmedia.
Analysis:In a corresponding move, Ottawa recalled blueliner Jorian Donovan from AHL Belleville on Monday. Burakovsky will miss his second straight game when the Senators visit Boston on Monday. He is eligible to be activated whenever he is healthy, but it's unclear when he will be ready to return.
