Isidor (undisclosed) played 89 minutes in Sunday's 2-0 defeat against Costa Rica, confirming he is fully fit after the apparent injury that forced him off in the 72nd minute of Thursday's win over the Dominican Republic.
Analysis:Isidor had scored twice in that match before the scare, and his near full match here removes any concern heading back to Sunderland. He has been limited mostly to substitute appearances at club level this season, with one goal in 117 Premier League minutes before the break, so this strong international window could help his push for more playing time.
