Surtain (ankle) won't return to Sunday's game against San Francisco, Chris Tomasson of The Denver Gazette reports.
Analysis:Surtain suffered a non-contact injury in the first half and needed assistance off the field. He was initially listed as questionable to return, though most had assumed at that point he wouldn't be back on the field again in Week 4. With Riley Moss (ribs) also ruled out, Kris Abrams-Draine and Jahdae Barron will need to step up the rest of the way.
