Smith completed eight of 15 pass attempts for 119 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 23-12 loss to the Bears.
Analysis:Smith threw for just 18 yards in the first half as the Jets took a 13-3 deficit into the locker room. Things didn't get much better offensively after halftime, except for Smith's 58-yard touchdown pass to Isaiah Williams in the fourth quarter. Smith has a 5:0 TD:INT and is averaging 226 passing yards heading into a Week 5 home game against the Browns.
