Milroe (coach's decision) is inactive but will serve as the Seahawks' emergency third quarterback against the Chargers on Sunday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Analysis:Because Milroe is the emergency QB3, the second-year pro is now allowed to play Sunday unless both Sam Darnold and Drew Lock leave the game due to injury, illness or ejection.
