Uiagalelei (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game versus Seattle, though he is listed as the team's emergency quarterback.
Analysis:Trey Lance (groin) is available to suit up in Week 4, meaning Uiagalelei will be a healthy scratch. However, if Lance and Justin Herbert exit the contest due to injury, illness or ejection, Uiagalelei will serve as the team's emergency signal-caller.
