Cook (ankle) is inactive for Sunday's Week 4 tilt against Jacksonville.
Analysis:Cook suffered an ankle injury last Sunday versus Pittsburgh. Though he was able to re-enter that contest, he was limited in all three practices this week and has ultimately been ruled out for Sunday's matchup. Kyle Dugger (quadriceps) is also out Week 4, so PJ Jules is likely to step into a starting role.
