Carter caught 8 of 9 targets for 67 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 29-7 victory versus Colorado.
Analysis:Carter wasted little time reminding fantasy managers of his value, leading Texas Tech's pass catchers and hauling in Will Hammond's lone touchdown. In a game where the Red Raiders attempted just 26 passes and leaned heavily on a defense that forced four interceptions, Carter still finished as the offense's most productive fantasy weapon. If this performance is any indication, he appears fully integrated back into the game plan and should resume his role as one of Hammond's most reliable targets moving forward.
