Mohammed didn't play in Saturday's 39-31 loss to UNLV due to an undisclosed injury, according to Jeff Faraudo of The Mercury News.
Analysis:The injury remains unknown, and his status for the Oct. 10 matchup against Wake Forest is also uncertain. Sophomore Ashten Emory, a transfer from UTEP, got the start at running back, finishing with 12 carries for 48 yards, including a seven-yard touchdown. He should continue to get steady touches while Mohammed is out.
