DiPietro will guard the road goal versus the Wild on Saturday, Jim McBride of The Boston Globe reports.
Analysis:DiPietro will handle the second half of a back-to-back after Jeremy Swayman started Friday versus the Jets. This will be DiPietro's fifth career NHL game and just the second since the start of 2025-26. He is set to be Swayman's backup for the year, though DiPietro may struggle to see much time behind a clear starter.
