Williams (undisclosed) is listed as a game-time decision ahead of Saturday's game against Texas Tech.
Analysis:Williams was previously listed as questionable for the Buffaloes, and now his availability will be determined closer to kickoff. The final call will presumably come down to his level of participation in the team's pregame warmups. In three games this season, the tight end has recorded four receptions for 54 yards and one touchdown.
