Walsh scored a goal and added three assists in AHL Laval's 6-1 win over Syracuse on Saturday.
Analysis:Walsh is back in North America after spending 2025-26 in the KHL. The 27-year-old defenseman will likely serve as organizational depth, as a prospect like David Reinbacher is more likely to get a look with the big club than an older player with minimal NHL experience. In his previous AHL season, Walsh had 32 points over 70 regular-season games for Ontario in 2024-25.
