O'Connell (personal) had his injury designation for Sunday's Week 4 matchup against Kansas City cleared Saturday, Ryan McFadden of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis:O'Connell missed each of Las Vegas' past two games while dealing with a personal matter. He's now back with the team and eligible to play Sunday, though he'll likely be a healthy scratch due to Kirk Cousins and Fernando Mendoza both being ahead of him on the QB depth chart.
