Carter (undisclosed) is not listed on the injury report ahead of Saturday's game against UTSA.
Analysis:Carter was ruled out last week with an undisclosed issue but appears good to go Saturday after clearing the injury report. The wideout isn't expected to have a big role in the passing attack due to his standing on the depth chart.
