Platt (undisclosed) is out for Saturday's game against Purdue, per Scott Richey of The Champaign News-Gazette.
Analysis:Platt was deemed a game-time decision, but he was not observed wearing pads, indicating that he will not make his season debut Saturday. The wideout is dealing with an undisclosed injury that is significant enough to keep him sidelined once again. He will aim to return in Week 6 against Michigan State.
