Evans (wrist) is participating in James Madison's warmups ahead of Saturday's matchup versus Marshall, per Catie Harper of the Daily News-Record.
Analysis:Evans was spotted throwing the ball with the quarterback group prior to kickoff, though it is important to note that he did the same against Old Dominion last week and ultimately didn't suit up. His status will be monitored closely to see whether he is in the clear to play and start under center once again Saturday. The quarterback is dealing with a wrist ailment, though his recent activity in warmups is a positive sign that he's recovering well.
