Nelson (undisclosed) is warming up for Nebraska ahead of Saturday's contest against Maryland, per Sam McKewon of Omaha.com.
Analysis:Nelson was listed as a game-time decision on Nebraska's final injury report, making his involvement in pregame warmups important to track. His presence during warmups is a positive sign for his availability, though it remains to be seen whether he will actually take the field. With Jamal Rule (undisclosed) also participating in warmups, Nelson is expected to resume his normal role in the backfield if cleared.
