Platt (undisclosed) is listed as a game-time decision ahead of Saturday's game against Purdue, per the Big Ten availability report.
Analysis:Platt, who was considered questionable on Illinois' injury report throughout the week, will be a game-time decision Saturday. The wideout will most likely need to participate in pregame warmups for a chance to suit up, and his status will be monitored closer to kickoff. He has yet to play this season but is expected to have a role in the passing attack after recording 46 receptions for 720 yards and five touchdowns with FAU last season.
