Jenkins (undisclosed) is available for Saturday's game at Houston.
Analysis:Central Florida can be assured that Jenkins can start under center once more in place of the injured Alonza Barnett (hamstring). As a spot starter in the Knights' last two games, the former completed 70.3 percent of 37 pass attempts for 246 yards and a 2-1 TD-INT ratio. He also logged two rushing touchdowns. Saturday would mark Jenkins' first away start this season, so his ability to adapt will be put to the test.
