Isidor (undisclosed) scored two goals and was forced off in the 72nd minute with an apparent injury in Thursday's 4-1 win over the Dominican Republic, according to Haiti Tempo.
Analysis:Isidor had struggled for minutes at club level this season, limited mostly to substitute appearances across both Premier League and Europa League action, with just one goal in 117 minutes in the Premier League before this international break. This two goal performance marks a strong showing on the international stage, though the injury scare now adds some concern heading into his return to Sunderland.
