The Giants signed Finley to the practice squad Monday.
Analysis:The Giants waived Finley during Sunday's cutdown day. The undrafted free agent out of Missouri Western cleared waivers and has returned to the team that took a shot on him. The fullback will now provide backfield depth to the Giants from the practice squad.
