Minkins (undisclosed) was waived from injured reserve with an injury settlement on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Analysis:Minkins was not claimed off waivers and will now be waived off injured reserve with an injury settlement. The 24-year-old appeared in one preseason game for the Cardinals in 2026, recording two tackles (one solo) in the 42-38 loss to Green Bay on Aug. 28.
