The midfielder provided much of the hosts' progression and creativity, using his ability to carry the ball forward to inject some life into an otherwise stagnant attack. Valencia ultimately generated very little as a team, finishing with only two efforts on target, but Guerra's individual display stood out amid the lack of attacking production. He should remain an important part of the midfield as Valencia searches for more creativity in the final third.
