Hisatsune recorded a seven-under cumulative score at the BMW Championship to finish in a four-way share of 12th.
Analysis:Hisatsune entered St. Louis 45th in the FedExCup Standings and needed a big week to jump into the top-30 to earn a spot at the TOUR Championship and exemptions into all four majors in 2027. He started out nicely with a five-under 65 opening round and followed that up with a three-under 67 score Saturday. However, Hisatsune started his final round with back-to-back bogeys and followed that up with a double on the sixth, sinking any slim chance he made of qualifying for next week's lucrative event. He led the field at Bellerive Country Club in feet of putts made while ranking 11th in SG: Putting, as well as T4 in birdies, T15 in GIR and top-25 in driving accuracy, SG: Approach and SG: OTT.
