Weaver has committed to play for Houston for the 2026-27 season, per Joe Tipton of On3.com.
Analysis:Weaver will join the Cougars following three years with Texas. The 6-foot-3 guard averaged 5.8 points and 4.1 rebounds per game across 36 contests for the Longhorns this past season. Weaver was recently granted a fifth and final year of eligibility due to the Tennessee court ruling and will play one final season of college basketball with Houston.
