Analysis:Dugger will battle it out with incoming transfer Caden Pinnick and returning redshirt freshman Owen Eshelman for the Cougars' starting quarterback role during fall camp. The 6-foot-3 redshirt sophomore, who started his career at Pittsburgh, has completed 2-of-6 passes for 39 yards across one season with Washington State, adding on 47 yards and two scores with his legs. Duggar has the most experience with the Washington State's program heading into this starting battle.
