Washington's Chris Lawson: Healthy for fall camp

Rotowire ·

Lawson (hamstring) is healthy for Washington's fall camp, Andy Yamashita of The Seattle Times reports.

Analysis:

Among five of Washington's student-athletes out to begin fall camp, Lawson is not one of them, indicating that he is healthy. Though the wide receiver is unlikely among UW's top-two WRs, which include Dezmen Roebuck and Rashid Williams, he is projected to be a top-six option who can still be prominent in the Huskies' offense. Lawson's top-six role would also gift an amazing opportunity to improve from his 2025 season, which features 115 receiving yards and one touchdown from 10 receptions (on 14 targets) caught as a freshman, promising numbers for any first-year student.
