Ramon signed a permanent contract with Racing Santander through June 2029 after reaching an agreement with Espanyol, the club announced.
Analysis:Ramon spent last season on loan with Racing, playing a key role in the club's promotion to La Liga with 27 second division appearances, and previously made 35 appearances with Mirandes in 2024-25 while also on loan from Espanyol. The center back is known for his anticipation, distribution and understanding of the team's style of play, and he has represented Spain at the U18 and U19 levels with 11 caps. Ramon is expected to be a regular fixture in Racing's backline as the club begins life back in the top flight.
